Learner & Stakeholder Engagement Advisor
Find are delighted to be supporting a Nottingham based, well-established leading training organisation to hire a Learner and Stakeholder Engagement Advisor to join their growing team.
Our client provide a range of employment related training including Full Time Programmes, Apprenticeships, Employability, Adult Learning Loans and work
experience opportunities for adults and young people from diverse backgrounds, that will enhance individuals' employment potential and qualifications.
Main purpose:
- To identify potential learners for training programmes via a variety of methods including engagement with job centres, referral partners and direct applicants.
- To carry out screening and high quality IAG of learners to ensure suitability before enrolling learners onto training programmes.
- Engage with employers to identify recruitment needs and provide a SWAP service.
- To provide an effective and efficient customer service function to our external and internal customers, including learners, outside organisations and staff.
- To ensure that Equality & Diversity practices are followed throughout the day-to-day activities, especially when dealing with learners and taking telephone calls.
- Experience in learner and employer engagement
- Knowledge of the training sector; especially ASF/employability
- Minimum of an IAG level 2 qualification
- Good IT skills and sound knowledge of MS Office / excel
- A minimum of grade 4 English or Level 2 Functional Skills
- Driving licence and own transport
- 34 days' annual leave (inc. bank holidays) with the option to purchase up to a further 10 days a year by way of a salary sacrifice scheme
- Long service entitlement of up to a further 5 days' annual leave
- A great work life balance with just a 35-hour working week for full-time and a guaranteed 3:30pm finish on a Friday
