A well-established secondary school in Nottingham is seeking a confident, resilient and highly organised Behaviour Manager to join its pastoral and student-support team.

This is a key role for an individual who understands the importance of clear expectations, consistent boundaries and positive relationships when supporting young people. The successful candidate will work closely with students, teachers, pastoral leaders, senior staff and families to promote positive behaviour and ensure that students are supported to make appropriate choices.

The role is varied and will involve responding to behaviour incidents, monitoring patterns, supporting interventions and contributing to wider behaviour strategies across the school.
