Position: Wrapround Manager (Out of Hours Club Manager)

Your Role

Wraparound Manager (Out of Hours Club Manager) Required as soon as possible Part-time 17 hours per week / Term time only / Permanent Salary grade E point 13 (FTE £29,064.00 per annum) £11,191.23 actual salary per annum

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 7:45am to 8:45am and 3:15pm to 5:30pm

Friday: 7:45am to 8:45am and 3:15pm to 5:00pm

Essential Qualifications

Applicants must hold:

  • A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Five GCSEs, including English and Mathematics
  • Sneinton St Stephen's C of E Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic, organised and child-centred Wraparound Manager to lead our successful Breakfast and After School Club provision.

The successful candidate will lead and develop a welcoming, safe and engaging wraparound provision where children can play, learn, socialise and thrive.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities

    As Wraparound Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operation of our Breakfast and After School Club, ensuring a high-quality provision that meets the needs of children and families.

    You will:

  • Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment where children can develop socially, emotionally and physically.
  • Manage, support and develop playworkers, assistants and volunteers.
  • Undertake line management and performance management responsibilities for wraparound staff.
  • Promote positive behaviour and support children's wellbeing.
  • Maintain attendance, safeguarding, first aid, financial and other operational records.
  • Work closely with families, school leaders and external agencies to ensure children's needs are met.
  • Lead marketing and promotion of the provision to encourage participation and sustainability.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to school leaders and governors regarding the effectiveness of the provision.
  • The Successful Candidate Will
  • Hold a recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
  • Have experience of working with primary-aged children.
  • Have experience of leading or supervising staff.
  • Be passionate about supporting children's development and wellbeing.
  • Demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
  • Be calm, resilient, reliable and approachable.
  • Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
