We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and positive teaching assistant to join our amazing team. We are a very happy school with fantastic children in a very supportive community. You willbe working within a team of dedicated professionals who work hard every day to provide the best experiences and education for our children. We area three-form entry school which means you will have a strong team around youfor guidance and support.

We are looking to appoint a dedicated practitioner to work with children with SEND. This may be on a 1:1 or group basis and will be supported by a large teamof colleagues. If you have had ELSA training and delivered ELSA focused interventions we would especially like tohear from you, but this is not essential for the role.
We are looking for a teaching assistant who can demonstrate:- An enthusiastic and flexible attitude, committed toworking as part of a team and dedicated to enabling children to be their best.
- A strong commitment to inclusion.
- Prior experience of working with children who have additional needs.
- High expectations for ensuring the best outcomes for children.
- Effective one to one, and small group classroom support.
