EYFS Nursery Nurse​/Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a talented, caring and dedicated Nursery Nurse/Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team at Springbank Academy. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of our growing Early Years provision, working within our new 2-year-old Nursery and supporting children across our EYFS provision where required.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with young children and who understands the importance of providing a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment in which every child can thrive. You will play an important role in supporting our youngest children as they begin their educational journey, helping them to develop their confidence, independence, communication and social skills through engaging, purposeful and developmentally appropriate experiences.

Working as part of our dedicated EYFS team, you will contribute to creating an enabling environment where children are encouraged to explore, play, develop and learn. You will support individual children's needs and interests, helping them to reach their full potential while ensuring that their physical, emotional, social and intellectual development is carefully supported.

We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic team player who can build strong relationships with children, colleagues, parents and carers. You will be committed to promoting inclusion, celebrating children's individuality and ensuring that every child feels valued, respected, safe and cared for. Safeguarding and the welfare of our children will be at the heart of your work.
