Dog Training College is built on a strict force free, reward-based ethos. Every mentor must fully align with and uphold this commitment. We do not work with anyone who endorses, recommends, or uses aversive tools or methods - this includes (but is not limited to) prong, choke, slip, or e-collars, leash corrections, alpha-rolls, intimidation, or any technique designed to cause pain, fear, or intimidation.

If your training philosophy does not match ours, please do not apply.

This role is central to our student experience. You will provide direct guidance, feedback, and encouragement to learners across our programs.

Attend a weekly call with our CEO to align on student progress, curriculum updates, and strategic priorities.

The ideal candidate has deep practical expertise and a genuine passion for developing future trainers.

• A wealth of hands-on experience in professional dog training.
• Relevant certifications to impart on the next generation of trainers.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional setup for remote video calls.
• Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working as an independent contractor.
• A genuine, demonstrable commitment to force free, reward-based training methods.

If you share our force free ethos and have the experience and certifications to shape the next generation of dog trainers, we would love to hear from you.
