Office Manager in Wilford at St Patrick's Catholic Primary and Nursery School

Working inour main school office you will provide a high-quality service, leading the administration team. You will come into daily contact with our parents andstaff so, as well as having administrative experience, you will also possess excellent communication and customer service skills.

This is a permanent full-time role working 16 hours and 15 minutes per week, term time only.

This is a permanent, part time role advertised as a Job Share, andyou will be completing 16 hours and 15 minutes of this position. The split of responsibilities will be confirmed by the school. As such, in the event of a job sharer leaving,the part time vacancy will be advertised following the normal recruitment procedure.

St Patrick's Catholic Primary and Nursery School is a successful primary school located in Wilford, Nottingham. We are an Ofsted rated Good School.

• Have previous administrative and ideally team management experience, preferably in a school office.
• Have the ability to maintain a calm, positive and professional manner at all times.
• Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
• Lead and manage members of the admin team.
• Provide general administrative support within the school office for senior leaders and other teaching staff.
• Be positive and enthusiastic.
