Monarch Education is recruiting a Behaviour Mentor for a specialist Alternative Provision in Nottingham. The role focuses on supporting learners with SEMH needs, ASD, ADHD, anxiety and trauma-related behaviours, building confidence and resilience in a supportive environment.
You will work 1:1 and in small groups, fostering strong relationships while maintaining professional boundaries, and using calm, consistent approaches to support positive behaviours and engagement.
