About You:As the Lead Practitioner of Maths at Abbeyfield School, you will be an outstanding classroom practitioner with a proven track record of securing excellent outcomes for students and supporting colleagues to enhance their teaching practice. A relevant degree and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Data Analysis:
Experience analysing student performance data to drive improvement - Coaching & Mentoring:
Experience coaching, mentoring or supporting colleagues - Curriculum Expertise:
Strong knowledge of Maths pedagogy, curriculum and assessment - Collaborative Excellence: A commitment to collaboration, continuous improvement and high expectations for all learners
