We are seeking to recruit an inspirational teacher for A Level Philosophy at High Pavement 6th Form (0.6

FTE). A Level Philosophy is a growth subject choice here at High Pavement and sits in our English and Humanities Cluster.

The successful candidate will be passionate, enthusiastic and have experience of teaching A Level Philosophy with delivery of AQA exam specification being an advantage. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to support our students to reach their academic potential. The successful candidate will have the digital skills to enhance teaching, learning and assessment and be fully invested in continuing to update their pedogogy through ongoing CPD.

• Competitive salary – £33,075 - £44,291 per annum FTE. (This will be pro-rata for part time posts.Appointments will be made within the advertised salary range and will be determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.For hard-to-fill subject areas, a separate market supplement may be considered for exceptional candidates.)
