Examinations Manager

This Examinations Manager post sits in the Data and Exams team at Rushcliffe Spencer Academy, an 11-18 comprehensive school, and runs on a term-time pattern. The postholder is the centre's main contact for awarding body examination administration and oversees mock and internal exams. The role runs the full examinations cycle from entries and timetables to results and post-results, and line manages a team of invigilators, working alongside the SEND team and teaching staff.

• Act as the centre's main point of contact for awarding body examination administration
• Manage the full examinations cycle, from candidate entries and timetables to results, certificates and post-results services
• Oversee the conduct of mock and internal examinations
• Line manage invigilators, including their recruitment, training and deployment
• Ensure examination processes are efficient, compliant and support student outcomes
• Work with the SEND team, teaching and wellbeing staff, students and parents/carers on examination matters
