ToThis role offers a fantastic opportunity to:

• Lead and strengthen transition arrangements for pupils across key stages
• Build positive relationships with pupils, families and primary schools
• Identify and support pupils who may be vulnerable or require additional pastoral support
• Ensure information is shared effectively so that individual needs are understood
• Provide early intervention, guidance and support to help pupils settle, engage and thrive
• Work collaboratively with pastoral, safeguarding and inclusion teams
• Help ensure that every child is known, valued and supported to achieve their potential
