Wind Turbine Technician – EWT England, United Kingdom

As we expand our fleet of wind turbines in the UK, we’re looking for Wind Turbine Technicians to help elevate our expertise on the EWT platform. This role is suited to those skilled in turbine maintenance and troubleshooting, eager to share knowledge, resolve issues, and support the team in achieving high operational standards.

You will enhance our expertise in the EWT platform, guide the team through specific maintenance and troubleshooting tasks, and ensure turbines operate at peak performance. You will work hands‑on with turbines, solve mechanical and electrical problems, and collaborate with remote support to analyse data and improve operations.

In addition to technical duties, you will mentor fellow technicians, sharing knowledge and supporting continuous team development.

You enjoy solving problems, sharing knowledge, and improving turbine performance while working in a supportive, collaborative team.

• Level 3 Electrical/Mechanical qualification or equivalent work experience in the wind industry
• Wind Turbine Troubleshooting Experience – essential
• Experience resolving issues identified during walk‑downs
• Comfortable with travel to various sites as needed
• Full UK driver’s licence and ability to travel internationally when required
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
• Willingness to participate in a weekend on‑call rota
