Purpose of Role
  • Responsible for ensuring that all maintenance tasks near to and activities on key
    equipment are carried out in line with safety procedures and guidelines, in compliance with legislation and Harbour Energy policies, processes and procedures.
  • Lead and coordinate discipline activities to support safe and efficient operation of the
    installation, ensuring compliance with the Asset Safety Case and delivery of asset safety, production, environmental and operational goals.
Critical Responsibilities
  • Ensure all activities are carried out safely and in compliance with regulatory requirements, legislation and Harbour Energy Health, Safety, Environment and Security procedures.
  • Ensure the asset is operated and maintained in compliance with the Asset Safety Case.
  • Direct and control all maintenance activities in compliance with Harbour Energy systems of work.
  • Drive improvements in standards, safety and environmental performance and promote a strong safety culture.
  • Set and uphold discipline standards and ensure that work is completed safely and to the required quality.
  • Develop robust relationships with peers onshore and offshore.
  • Hold an emergency duty as required by the platform station bill.
Ethics and Compliance Responsibilities

Ensure that all activities and behaviours are carried out in accordance with Harbour Energy’s Ethics and Compliance Policies and Procedures, and to complete any compulsory compliance training as required

Areas of Accountability, Responsibility and CompetenceALL LEAD TECHNICIANS
  • Act as a member of the Asset Operations and Maintenance Team to ensure safe and reliable production in compliance with Harbour Energy policy, process, procedures and Life Saving Rules.
  • Control all Operations and Maintenance activities in accordance with Harbour Energy processes and procedures.
  • Responsible for the safe and efficient execution of all planned and corrective maintenance activities in compliance with legislation and Harbour Energy policy, process and procedures.
  • Contribute towards safe systems of work – permit to work, isolations, work in confined spaces, control of inhibits, flange management (maintain records and systems in accordance with procedure).
