10 Recruitment is partnering with a specialist in the design, manufacture, and installation of electrical control systems, to recruit an Electrical Engineer. This is a key hire offering the chance to drive technical excellence and innovation in a company that values expertise and dedication.

This role provides a platform to work on diverse projects, from upgrades to existing site infrastructure to the implementation of Control Panels, Motor Control Centres, Fibre Networks, and PLCs and SCADA systems.

• Project Management—Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Technical Liaison—Act as the technical point of contact for clients, addressing queries and providing solutions.
• Design and Documentation—Produce detailed control panel designs, drawings, and associated documentation.
• Site Support—Support installation teams during project implementation and conduct site surveys as needed.

• 5+ years' experience in electrical engineering
• Proven experience in control panel design and industrial electrical installations
• Expertise with Amtech/Trimble for cable calculations and AutoCAD
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• City & Guilds 18th Edition Wiring Regs and relevant Electrical Engineering qualification (Degree/HNC/HND/BTEC)
