A leading multidisciplinary design consultancy is looking for a Senior Sustainability Consultant to join its growing team in Manchester.

This is a great opportunity for someone with 4-8 years' experience in BREEAM and/or Whole Life Carbon who is ready to take the lead on projects, manage client relationships and play a key role in a growing sustainability team.

You will lead the delivery of sustainability services across a range of high-profile UK projects, including Healthcare, Science & Research, Commercial, Education and Historic Refurbishment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading BREEAM assessments and environmental certification across multiple projects
• Delivering and reviewing Whole Life Carbon / embodied carbon analysis
• Advising clients and design teams on net zero and low-carbon strategies
• Managing projects, programmes and junior team members
• Collaborating closely with architects and engineers from concept through to completion

• 4-8 years' experience in sustainability consultancy
• Strong experience delivering BREEAM and/or Whole Life Carbon
• Ability to manage projects and build effective client relationships
• Relevant degree in sustainability, engineering, architecture or a built environment discipline
• Passion for sustainable design and the confidence to influence project teams

• Structured training, mentoring and CPD support, including support toward chartership or professional accreditation
• Clear pathway toward Principal / Associate level
• Opportunity to work on major, design-led projects across multiple sectors
