Our client are an Engineering Consultancy who work across a range of sectors including Civil and Structural, Environmental and Geotechnical, Highways and Infrastructure and Traffic and Transport. They work across a range of sectors which include residential, commercial, industrial, education, retail, leisure and more.

They are now on the lookout for a Principal / Associate Civil Engineer to join their growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects in highways, drainage and flood risk assessments. You will play a pivotal role in the design, coordination and delivery of infrastructure schemes, be responsible for the design of sustainable urban drainage systems (SuDS) and foul drainage systems, managing budgets and timelines, liaising with clients and stakeholders, contributing to work winning, doing client presentations and more.

You will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers, providing training and guidance and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

The successful candidate will hold BEng or MEng in Civil Engineering, be chartered or working towards chartership and hold a minimum of 8 years experience within Civil Engineering. You will also have experience working with software's such as Micro Drainage / Info Drainage, Civil3D and AutoCAD.
