• demonstrate a passion for structural engineering, a flair for design, and a practical understanding of buildings;
• enjoy working collaboratively in multi‑disciplinary design teams;
• have strong communication skills through sketching, drawing, presentations and written reports;
• collaborate with colleagues to produce high‑quality drawings, specifications and other deliverables on time and within budget;
• are degree qualified and are striving to achieve chartership with the Institution of Structural Engineers or the Institution of Civil Engineers within the next few years, committed to professional development and eager to take on challenging work.
