Location: Office-based - Bingham

Salary: £27,000 – 30,000 + bonus and profit share

Our client, an experienced HVAC contractor established in 2010, offers a full turnkey solution across the HVAC industry. An exciting vacancy has arisen for a Graduate Design Engineer who will focus on delivering commercial projects up to £2m in value.

• Lead HVAC design delivery for new‑build warehouse developments, refit and upgrade projects across the commercial sector.
• Work closely with senior team members to manage projects from concept through to completion.
• Train and develop skills within a well‑established team, balancing office‑based design work with site visits to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

• Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
• Understanding of HVAC/Mechanical/Building Services systems for the commercial industry.
• Keen desire to pursue a career designing systems for new‑build warehouses and refurbishment projects.
• Recent completion of a Mechanical Engineering Degree.
• Ability to work as part of a wider team on projects up to £2m in value from design through to installation.
• Experience or knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
• Understanding of heat‑loss and heat‑gain calculations.
• Capability to attend site visits and liaise with contractors, clients and stakeholders.

• Basic salary £27,000 – £30,000, depending on experience.
• Profit share scheme – £3,600 tax‑free per annum after one year of service.
