Opus Vitae are recruiting for a Design Engineer (Mechanical based) to join a fantastic long-standing client based in the Welshpool area. The starting salary will be £40,000, with a 40 hour working week with a choice of 4 or 5 days a week
The Role Completing designs for sheet metal products along with fabrication drawings Modify any current products to customer requirements Work in conjunction with different departments ranging from assembly, production, engineering & any additionals required Strong attention to detail required to ensure adaptability of designs Previous Experience & Information Experience in 2D/3D AutoCAD & Solid Works Knowledge of other 3D design software Working within a structured ISO 9001 environment Opportunity to work with different departments This position is a permanent role directly with the business.
