The day‑to‑day responsibilities of this role will include working on a variety of projects for Building Services such as 3D modelling and drafting, process development, quality, and project management.

The ideal candidate for this role will be experienced with Revit MEP and have a good understanding of electrical and/or mechanical building services systems.

• Use of Revit MEP and AutoCAD
• Developing detailed models of mechanical and electrical building services
• Working within a team
• Days based, flexible working hours (37.5 hours)

• Experience with Revit MEP and AutoCAD
• Experience with in building services
• Mechanical/Electrical understanding
