A professional fire consultancy is looking for a Fire Risk Assessor to join their growing Northern team. This role would suit a confident Fire Risk Assessor who enjoys working independently across a broad portfolio of commercial, residential, education and public sector properties.
The Fire Risk Assessor's RoleThe successful Fire Risk Assessor will complete Type 1 and Type 3 fire risk assessments, produce clear and practical reports, liaise with clients and provide competent fire safety advice in line with current legislation.
The Fire Risk Assessor will be trusted to manage their own diary while receiving strong technical support from an experienced senior team. Their work will cover sites across Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, Sheffield and the wider North.
The Fire Risk AssessorThe ideal Fire Risk Assessor will have:
Experience completing fire risk assessments
A recognised fire risk assessment qualification
Knowledge of the Fire Safety Order and relevant guidance
Strong report writing skills
Experience across residential or commercial buildings
A full UK driving licence
40,000 - 55,000
