With a nationwide presence and continued growth plans, the business is known for its collaborative culture, people-focused approach, and commitment to improving the built environment through sustainable and innovative engineering.Your new roleAs an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer based in Nottingham, you'll play a key role in delivering mechanical building services design across a range of projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
Producing detailed mechanical designs and specifications
Delivering projects to agreed timelines, budgets and technical standards
Supporting the development of cost-effective engineering solutions
Attending client meetings and contributing to project briefs
Reviewing tenders and preparing technical reports
Conducting site inspections and producing condition reports
Working closely with multidisciplinary teams
Using design software such as AutoCAD, Revit and IESWhat you'll need to succeedDegree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering Experience in mechanical design within building services
Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit (Amtech knowledge beneficial)
Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC)What you'll get in returnSalary up to £46,000 depending on experience
