Anderson Green Ltd is a leading privately owned Building Services Consultancy and we have a permanent vacancy for an experienced Revit Technician based within our Nottingham or Leeds Offices.

- Be supported and encouraged through your professional development
The successful candidate will provide technical support working collaboratively in a multi-discipline team consisting of Buildings Services Designers, Building Physicist and Document Controllers on a wide range of projects across numerous market sectors, delivering services from feasibility through to detailed and fully coordinated design for installation purposes, RIBA stages 0 to 5.
Duties- Collaborate with Building Service Engineers to produce co-ordinated drawings
- Delivery of projects working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Co‑ordination of Building Services using REVIT MEP
- Create and amending MEP Families, Objects, Tags, Annotations
- Create legends, schedules and templates
- Amend drawings in both Revit MEP & AutoCAD
- Meet the requirements of projects within specified time frames
- Maintain an up-to‑date knowledge of current industry regulatory and design standards
- Give guidance to junior staff and apprentices
- Follow BIM Protocols
- Liaise professionally with clients, professional teams, contractors and staff of all levels
- Proficient operator of Revit MEP CAD/AutoCAD packages and associated computer software
- Ideally you will have a background within the MEP industry or experience in a similar role
- Great eye for detail
- Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Able to exercise initiative and prioritise duties
- Organised and able to work to a high standard against agreed timescales
- Be a team player, but able to operate independently
- Ideally ONC/HNC in relevant discipline
