Role overview
A senior leadership role for a Chartered Civil Engineer with a strong client base, geo-structural design expertise, and the credibility to lead technically and commercially.
Key responsibilities
- Act as technical authority and reviewer for civil and geo-structural design
- Lead and sign off complex multi disciplinary engineering solutions
- Bring existing client relationships and actively generate new work
- Lead client meetings,fee proposals, and project strategy
- Apply practical construction experience to deliver buildable solutions
- Mentor seniorand junior engineers
- Support wider business development and regional growth
About you
- Chartered Civil Engineer (CEng, MICE or equivalent)
- Strong UK consultancy background with demonstrable client following
- Practical understanding of construction sequencing, risk, and delivery
- Confident in winning, leading, and retaining work
- Optional – Ambition to progress into
