The EV Field Service Engineer will diagnose and repair proven, high-powered EV chargers, while gaining hands-on exposure to OCPP, firmware, cloud systems and new product development. EV Field Service Engineer Candidate Requirements 2 years' EV DC charging experience 18th Edition 2391 Inspection & Testing ECS Card OCPP experience Full, clean UK driving licence Strong communication and customer service skills EV Field Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair and maintain AC & DC EV chargers across the UK Carry out planned and reactive maintenance Test and configure DC rapid chargers Troubleshoot faults with customers and contractors Test firmware, apps and cloud integrations Provide technical feedback to R&D Complete accurate service documentation
