We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and proactive individual to join us as a Finance Apprentice. This is the perfect role for someone looking to take their next step in a finance career.

As an apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on experience from day one, working alongside experienced colleagues while completing a professional qualification. You’ll be involved in real projects that will build your skills and set you up for long-term success in finance.

• Mailbox management
• Downloading supplier invoices from portals
• Processing high volumes of invoices through several ERP systems
• Weekly payment run checks
• Handling general accounting and supplier queries
• Providing administrative support
• Supporting the wider finance team with monthly reporting requirements

• A strong academic background
• Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a hybrid environment

5 GCSEs 9-4 (A-C) including Maths and English
A Level or equivalent in Maths or Finance is desirable

37.25 hours per week
8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm with ½ hour unpaid lunch
