We are seeking a seasoned senior ops professional to manage a small team, and oversee the execution of team goals and strengthen operational controls within a growing private debt investment manager. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping both the processes and the team to align with the firm’s long-term strategic objectives, ensuring robust control standards are consistently upheld.

• Provide comprehensive trade support and troubleshoot issues related to deal management and investment portfolios.
• Resolve reconciliation issues with third‑party service providers and counter parties.
• Contribute to the execution of related operational tasks and ensure timely completion of key deliverables.
• Work closely with the C‑suite and PM team to build out the infrastructure and run day‑to‑day business as usual activities.

• Senior ops professional with experience managing small teams.
• In-depth knowledge of operational controls and process optimisation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with accounting principles (bonus).
