Senior Finance Manager – Renewables / Infrastructure Base pay range
Equifind has partnered with a growing renewable energy and infrastructure company seeking a qualified (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) Senior Finance Manager to report to the FD. The company manages a large renewables & infrastructure fund in London Bridge, working in office 3 days a week with autonomous trust from senior management.
Job Description- Responsible for overall service delivery by the team
- Act as the senior escalation point for portfolio clients
- Oversee the use of management accounting systems, processes and controls
- Review and ownership of management accounts reports for each client
- Accountability for team’s KPIs, including timing of information to clients and provision of periodic reporting
- Identify and recommend areas for improvement in reporting
- Oversee the preparation and submission of annual statutory accounts
- Ownership of each group’s financial model, including periodic updates, forecasting and shareholder return optimisations
- Monitor the annual audit process for each company/group within the portfolio
- Liaise with tax advisors in preparing corporation tax computations
- Overall responsibility for delivery of financial performance to shareholders within portfolio, including at periodic Board meetings
- Track and comply with contractual deliverables as dictated by relevant financing and third‑party documents
- Internal reporting to the Associate Director in collaboration with other Senior Finance Managers
- Appointment as Company Secretary for all companies within portfolio
- Oversee application of company secretarial duties for each company within the portfolio
- Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- Minimum 4‑5 years PQE experience, ideally in industry; audit firm experience considered
- Very strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- High determination, willingness, and flexibility to deliver to a high standard against tight deadlines
- Ability to present financial data in a clear and concise format
- Collaborates across the organisation by communicating regularly and consistently to peers
- £75,000‑85,000 base salary, dependent on experience
