You'll be working closely with an experienced Group FC (Top 10 trained, 15+ years in industry) and stepping into a broad role that gives you exposure to both financial control and commercial decision-making. Whether it’s driving efficiency, overseeing reporting, or supporting senior leadership with budgets and forecasts, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of finance in this business.

• A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA), ideally with experience in a larger group function (listed/PLC) or making a first/second move from practice/audit.
• Someone who enjoys problem-solving, influencing, and working across departments.
• Experience in project accounting, change management, or process improvement would be a bonus.
• You don’t need to be the finished article—attitude and mindset matter more than ticking every technical box.
