We are working with a growing business in Nottingham who are seeking a Finance Administrator to provide support within their finance function. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to progress to a permanent position.
Key responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the finance team
- Process purchase and sales invoices accurately
- Carry out reconciliations and credit control activities
- Support with audit preparation and reporting
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
- Previous experience in a finance or busy office environment
- Confident using Sage and Excel
- Knowledge of purchase ledger, sales ledger and credit control desirable
- Strong IT and organisational skills
