We are expanding our Remortgage Advice Team and seeking a driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable adviser.

• No cold calling – all appointments are pre-booked with clients who have opted in to our service
• Dedicated Case Management Team supporting you and your clients throughout the process
• Focus on mortgage advice with earning potential from protection referrals
• Clear career progression into team leadership or divisional management

• Deliver an exceptional client experience with accuracy and professionalism
• Achieve a consistent target of two mortgage submissions per day
• Generate high-quality protection referrals
• Maintain outstanding client feedback and reviews
• Optimize diary utilization and case throughput

• Experience with remortgages and product transfers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
• Confident problem-solver with strong attention to detail
• Full UK driving license and willingness to attend the office regularly

• Realistic OTE of £45,000 – £70,000+ (uncapped)
