Management Accountant to join our finance team and play a key role in supporting the financial health and strategic goals of the business.

Main responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyse monthly financial statements, management accounts

• Support the Finance Director with cash flow reporting and scenario planning

• Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement

• Provide insights, and recommend actions to enhance financial performance

• Monitor and report on project profitability and department spend

• Prepare budgets & forecasts, supporting strategic decision making

• Take a leading role in the scoping, selection and implementation of financial & analytical tools to provide

relevant valuable data and allow optimisation of processes

• Assist with year-end audit preparation and statutory reporting

• Involvement in system & process optimisation across departments

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance systems and processes

Requirements:

· Qualified or Part-qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) – actively studying

· 3+ years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting role

· Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets

· Familiarity with accounting software

· Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

· Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

· Clear communication skills and a team-player attitude
