Be there for your community when they need you most! We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our vibrant Adult Social Care Finance Team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our Strategic Commissioning Directorate and the Urgent & Emergency Care and Safeguarding teams. Your financial insights will guide Service Directors, Heads of Service, and Team Managers in making informed decisions that matter.

As a Finance Business Partner, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading month-end processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Delivering insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Contributing to cross-departmental projects that enhance service delivery.
  • Managing and developing a team member, fostering their growth and skills.
  • Providing high-quality financial guidance to key stakeholders.

To thrive in this role, you should possess

  • Strong financial management skills and knowledge of accounting procedures.
  • Experience in financial analysis and reporting within a complex environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software.
