New opportunity... I'm supporting a well-established and highly successful business with the recruitment of a Credit Controller to join their Finance Shared Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established Credit Management function where you'll take ownership of your own ledger, build strong customer relationships and play a key role in driving cash collection performance.

• Managing and maintaining a designated customer ledger
• Chasing overdue debt and improving cash collection performance
• Resolving customer queries and account disputes
• Working closely with Sales, Customer Services and internal stakeholders
• Reviewing credit limits and supporting risk management processes
• Releasing credit-held orders and supporting business growth

• Previous Credit Control experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confidence managing customer accounts and overdue debt

• Salary up to £28,500
