A well-established and growing wealth management firm is seeking an experienced Independent Financial Adviser to take ownership of a substantial existing client bank and provide holistic financial planning advice to clients across the East Midlands. The successful candidate will inherit an established portfolio of clients, offering an excellent opportunity to focus on relationship management, client retention, and business growth
Key Responsibilities- ies Manage and develop an established portfolio of clien

Deliver holistic financial planning advice across investments, pensions, retirement planning, protection, and estate planni - ng.
Conduct client reviews, fact-finds, risk profiling, and suitability assessmen - ts.
Present clear and compliant recommendations aligned with client objectiv - es.
Identify opportunities for organic growth through referrals, introducer relationships, and local networki - ng.
Ensure all advice meets FCA requirements and Consumer Duty standar - ds.
Work closely with paraplanners, client service teams, compliance, and operations colleagues to deliver an exceptional client experien - ce.
- ess:
Diploma in Financial Planning (Level
4) as a mini - mum.
Proven experience as a Financial Adviser managing an existing client b - ank.
Strong knowledge of investments, pensions, protection, and wider financial plann - ing.
Excellent relationship-building and communication ski - lls.
A strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standa - rds.
Experience using CRM and adviser back-office syst - ems.
