Hybrid Underwriting Operations Analyst - Part-Time

Gravitas Group is seeking an Underwriting Operations Analyst to join its dynamic London based team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in insurance operations or accounting to play a key role in supporting underwriting and financial processes. The position offers a hybrid working model (2 days in office, 3 days WFH) and is open to part-time candidates (3/4 days per week).

You will work closely with underwriting, finance, and operations teams, overseeing processes including premium and claims processing, credit control activities, and more, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
