A leading international banking organisation is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their front office team, acting as a key link between Relationship Managers, the bank, and a valued portfolio of clients.
As Account Manager you'll take ownership of coordinating client instructions and managing the end-to-end process across payments, deposits, foreign exchange and securities transactions, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll also play a key role in account openings, client reviews, and maintaining the highest standards across client accounts, while working closely with Relationship Managers and onboarding teams to resolve queries and enhance the overall client experience.
Alongside this, you'll support ongoing client engagement, help monitor transactional activity, and stay up to date with regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance remains at the forefront of everything you do. There's also a strong relationship element to this role, working collaboratively on client events and proactively promoting the full suite of banking services.
