Finance Assistant / Accounts Receivable Assistant – Long Eaton area, salary £26,500–£28,000, fixed‑term contract until the end of August 2026. • Raising and issuing invoices
• Managing billing and fee‑related queries
• Supporting direct debit processing
• Account reconciliations
• Credit control and chasing outstanding payments
• Processing refunds and adjustments
• Supporting audits and management accounts preparation
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Assisting with wider finance administration duties

• Previous experience within a finance or accounts environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Good Excel and general IT skills
• Confident communication skills
  
  Experience with in sales ledger, billing, or credit control is highly beneficial
• A proactive and reliable approach
• Ability to work independently whilst contributing to a team environment

Salary circa £26,500–£28,000.
Fixed‑term contract until end of August 2026 with potential for review or extension.
