Overview

A well-established national accountancy and tax practice is looking to recruit a Corporate Tax Advisory Manager to join its expanding Tax Advisory team in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional with proven experience in mixed tax or corporate tax advisory to take the next step in their career in a supportive, values-driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • You will work closely with Directors and Partners to deliver high-quality, tailored tax advisory services to a diverse range of clients including owner-managed businesses, corporate groups, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • You’ll develop strong client relationships, identify new advisory opportunities, and contribute to technical tax planning projects.
  • Delivering bespoke tax advisory projects, including corporate restructuring, share transactions, succession planning and property tax planning.
  • Managing and developing strong client relationships and identifying further advisory work.
  • Preparing technical tax reports and documentation.
  • Supporting senior team members in complex tax planning and technical research.
Qualifications

You will be a qualified tax professional (CTA or equivalent) with relevant experience in mixed tax or corporate tax advisory. You should have excellent communication skills, strong technical knowledge across a range of tax areas, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

You are likely to have:

  • CTA qualification or equivalent
  • Proven advisory experience in corporate or mixed tax
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client service
