Distinct | B Corp in Nottingham is seeking a Finance Manager to work alongside the Finance Director, with the current director retiring at the end of Q1 2027. The role involves hands-on finance and commercial partnering, with a planned succession path and a short handover period to understand the business.
You will manage accounts, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and governance, while supporting the MD and overseeing a Credit Controller. The package includes 75k salary and up to 10% bonus.
