Wants a strong mix of advisory and compliance Is ready to step up and take on more responsibility Enjoys working on transactions and complex projects Is looking for long?term development and progression What you'll be doing You'll work closely with senior colleagues on a broad range of corporate and international tax work, including:
Delivering corporate tax compliance and advisory projects Supporting on reorganisations, acquisitions, disposals and demergers Assisting with tax due diligence and structuring work Working across areas such as loss relief, group relief and tax accounting Preparing and reviewing corporate and deferred tax calculations Building client relationships and liaising directly with intermediaries Identifying opportunities across other tax service lines Supporting and developing junior team members What you'll need ATT, CTA and/or ACA qualification Around 3 years' experience in a corporate tax role Exposure to advisory work alongside compliance Good knowledge of corporate tax and tax accounting basics Strong communication and organisation skills Confidence dealing directly with clients Alphatax experience helpful, but not essential Why this role Nottingham?based
