Group Financial Controller

This is the perfect role to step up into a Finance Director position, the company we are recruiting for has everything you need… An experienced accounts team with continued to growth (around 33% in the last year)… And they have decent systems and insight into the business. What they need is someone to come on board and head up the Accounts department.

Recently they have been working with a Part Time Interim FD who has helped shape the department but now it is time to bring the role in-house. Progression is very much down to you; they see this role being the Finance Director of the company in the future but would like to start the role as Group FC so they can promote and reward as the position develops.
