Broxtowe Borough Council is recruiting two Private Sector Housing Officers (Grade 10) on a full-time basis (37 hours per week) with a market supplement of £2,000 until June 2028. The roles include licensing of Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO), private sector housing enforcement and caravan site licensing.
Applicants should hold a degree or diploma in Environmental Health, or an HNC in Housing Practice, and have local authority housing enforcement experience.
