We are now seeking an experienced Class 2F Registered Building Inspector to join us as Principal Building Control Surveyor.

This role is ideal for an experienced Building Control professional who wants to continue developing their technical expertise whilst helping shape the future of the profession. You will work on a varied portfolio of projects, act as a senior technical specialist within the service and support the development of less experienced colleagues, whilst remaining focused on professional Building Control practice rather than formal management responsibilities.

Responsibilities As a Principal Building Control Surveyor, you will:
* Take responsibility for a varied portfolio of building control projects across residential, commercial, public sector and regeneration schemes.
* Assess Building Regulation applications and associated submissions for compliance with Building Regulations and related legislation.
* Undertake site inspections on a broad range of developments, including larger and more technically complex projects appropriate to your registration and experience.
