Senior Carer - Nottingham (NG9 & NG15)

Pay Rate: £13.91 per hour

Contract:

Full‑time, 44 hours per week (4 shifts)

Shift Options:
Day or Night (07::::00)

The Role

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Senior Carers to join our client's residential homes in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a temporary or temp‑to‑perm basis, supporting elderly residents and those living with dementia in a compassionate, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care to residents

Lead and support care teams during shifts

Administer medication following training and competency assessments

Ensure care plans are followed and updated as required

Promote dignity, respect, and wellbeing for all residents

Candidate Requirements

Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (NVQ Level 3 preferred)

At least 6 months' UK experience as a Senior Carer in residential and dementia care homes

Ability to attend medication training and complete 3 competency assessments

Full flexibility across day and night shifts

Strong leadership and communication skills

Eligible to work full‑time hours in the UK (no visa restrictions)
