Home Manager - Residential Care Home (Nottingham)

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 Service Type: 40+ bedded Older Persons Residential Care Needs Supported:
Dementia, Learning Disability/Autism, Mental Health Conditions

We are recruiting for an experienced, compassionate, and driven Home Manager to lead a well‑established residential care home in Nottingham. This service supports older adults with a range of needs including Dementia, Learning Disabilities/Autism, and Mental Health Conditions, and requires a strong leader who can deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care.

About the Role

Full responsibility for day‑to‑day home management

Leading, developing, and supporting a dedicated care team

Ensuring CQC compliance and maintaining high-quality standards

Overseeing care plans, assessments, and resident wellbeing

Managing staffing, rotas, recruitment, and performance

Building strong relationships with families and external professionals

Driving a positive, person‑centred culture within the home

What We're Looking For

Experienced Home Manager within Older Persons care

Strong understanding of Dementia, LD/Autism, and Mental Health needs

Proven leadership and team‑building skills

Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance

Compassionate, organised, and committed to high‑quality care
