At Thrive Tribe we deliver award-winning healthy lifestyle and wellbeing programmes that make people happier and healthier! We’re looking for a Digital Inclusion Lead to join our Thriving Nottingham service.
Thriving Nottingham is designed to support individuals and families to improve their health behaviours and make sustainable changes to their lifestyle. The programme consists of 7 key services:
Stop smoking support
Tailored physical activity programmes
Adult weight management
Child/family weight management
Health Coaching
Vape Cessation for Children and Young People
Digital Inclusion regarding the NHS App
Like all roles at Thrive Tribe, you can expect your time at work to be fun, varied and challenging. We don’t like to stick to a firm JD as we know from experience that things change throughout the lifetime of a role and it gives our people the chance to play to their strengths.
Typical day as a Digital Inclusion LeadPromoting the App in underserved areas of Nottingham City, encouraging residents to download and use the App.
Reporting back to the Digital Place Based Partnership team about the App, and its usage.
Forming part of Nottingham’s IHWS Management Team, working closely with the Head of Service and wider colleagues, to focus on strategic and operational development.
Developing communication to Primary care colleagues around the use of the NHS App, upskilling them.
Training community champions and PCN staff on the App and its usage.
Working alongside the Engagement and Partnership lead to ensure the Community MOT programme is being delivered in areas of highest need – which align to those prioritised for the NHS App. Furthermore developing our Let's Talk Health offer to include the NHS App.
Working with colleagues across all of our Thrive Tribe services to contribute to new projects and service developments – we’re always looking to share knowledge and resources!
Ensuring due consideration is given to our Safeguarding, Information Governance and Clinical Governance policies and procedures. To ensure safer recruitment and safeguarding for all we adopt pre‑employment processes, including DBS checks.

To work with us in this role you will need to have partnership and relationship experience. Along with a flare for spotting opportunities to develop the promotion of the NHS App. However, we hire based on attitude over traditional skills and experience so if you feel you are right for the job we would love to hear from you!

Salary£15,000 pro rata for the hours.
