We are recruiting qualified Registered General Nurses (RGNs) for placements across England in hospitals, care homes, clinical environments, and community services. You will deliver safe, evidence-based care, manage medication, support acute and chronic needs, and work closely with multidisciplinary teams. Flexible shifts and excellent pay rates available.

Your responsibilities include medication administration, documentation, patient monitoring, and supporting individuals with acute and chronic needs. Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing careYour responsibilities include administering medication and treatments, supporting patients with acute and chronic needs, updating clinical notes, monitoring patient progress, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding and dignity.
Medication ManagementAdminister medication safely and accurately, follow treatment plans, and ensure proper documentation for every intervention.
Clinical AssessmentsAssess patient conditions, monitor changes, identify risks, and elevate concerns when needed to support effective care.
Documentation & NotesMaintain clear, accurate clinical records to ensure continuity of care and compliance with professional standards.
Qualification
Valid NMC PIN required Right to work in the UKYou must provide valid proof of eligibility to work within the United Kingdom.
Compliance
Enhanced DBS checkA valid Enhanced DBS is required or must be obtained prior to starting.
RGN nursing qualificationExperience
Clinical experiencePrevious experience in hospital or care environments is required to carry out duties safely.
You must be able to communicate clearly with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
