Role Overview:
As a Home Care Support worker, you will assist clients with their daily living activities, providing both personal care and emotional support. You will also have the opportunity to assist in implementing personalised care plans and technology solutions that promote independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as mobility support, medication assistance, and meal preparation.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring emotional and social wellbeing.
• Support the integration of smart home technology and care plans to enhance the client’s independence.
• Monitor and report on clients’ well-being and progress.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in home care or a healthcare-related field is preferred.
• Empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to enhancing the independence of others through support and technology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
